Frequently Asked Billing Questions

Do purchased credit packs ever expire or auto-renew?

No. Credit packs are one-time purchases—never recurring subscriptions—and your paid credits never expire. Daily free credits are always spent first before touching your paid balance.

How are credits metered per YouTube video?

Formatting costs 1 credit per started 30 minutes of video duration. If an upstream formatting error ever occurs, reserved credits are automatically refunded to your wallet immediately.

How do VAT invoices and refunds work?

All orders are processed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record, providing automatic localized tax/VAT receipts and a full 14-day refund right under our Refund Policy.
