1. Service Overview & Operator

These Terms of Service govern your use of YouTube to Obsidian Note Formatter ("the Service"), operated by Cyrille Nguetoum ("we", "us", or "our"). The Service provides a Chrome browser extension and cloud formatting API that converts publicly captioned YouTube videos into structured Markdown notes saved locally to your device.

2. Accounts & Fair Use

You may authenticate using Email verification, Google, or GitHub. Automated scraping, credential sharing, or reselling API access is prohibited.

3. Credits & Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Purchased credits do not expire while the Service operates. Credits are consumed only when a Markdown note is successfully generated; failed formatting attempts are automatically refunded to your balance.
