14-Day Full Refund Right

You may cancel your purchase and request a full refund within 14 days of the transaction date without giving any reason, in accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms and applicable consumer protection laws. Credit packs are one-time purchases with no recurring billing to cancel.

How to Request a Refund

You can request a refund directly through Paddle Buyer Support at paddle.net, using the receipt link emailed to you by Paddle at checkout, or by emailing support@youtubeobsidian.com with the email address used for your order.
